This just in: John’s latest Sean Coleman thriller, Broken Slate, has been selected as a finalist in the 2018 CIPA EVVY Awards (Thriller/Suspense category). John is honored to be recognized by the Colorado Independent Publishers Association. This is his first time as an EVVY finalist.

John will be attending the CIPA EVVY Awards Banquet & Ceremony at the Field House Event Venue in Denver on Saturday, August 25th (6pm). Legendary Colorado newsman Ward Lucas will be emceeing the event. Here, first-place winners of the awards will be announced.

This is the second time Broken Slate has been recognized for an award. John’s novel was a finalist in the Colorado Book Awards earlier this year.
